. This cozy 2 room private second ( upstairs ) floor has all you need for your trip. The bedroom has a king size bed with balcony sitting area with beautiful views. The living room has a sofa for relaxing with a private bathroom attached Suitable for two guests but an additional third will be considered This 2 room private floor allows you the space you desire for your trip. A bedroom with a king size bed gives you the comfort of home. A personal bathroom provides for your privacy. And off of the bedroom a balcony where you can take in the view and relax at the end of a full day of activities. The living room has a sofa to relax on or can be used as an additional place to sleep. The room is large enough so that if you needed additional sleeping arrangements, an air mattress (queen or twin) could be provided. Twin rollaway is also available.Room is equipped with mini fridge, toaster , microwave and electric kettle in room and gives you a sense of home. We are open to having house trained pets here and can discuss that on a case by case basis. We have two small dogs that live here as well. Guests will have access to their private area as well as general outdoor areas. Screened-in porch, pool area Memorial Day - Labor Day (summer months ) bring your trunks should the weather allow. Be advised the pool is not heated so swimming is best when the weather has been warm. Under 18 must be supervised by an adult. No exceptions! Outdoor patios are available for relaxing. It is located very close to all the area has to offer: Lucas Track, skydiving, movie theaters, retail, Outlet Center, water sports/activities, and wineries. Close to freeway and gas stations. There are some local buses close by, however, it is an area that will require transportation by car. Uber and Lyft services available. The house is just off the 15 freeway and is also within 20 minutes to the 215 & 91 freeways, as well as beautiful Highway 74 that takes you to the beach over the Ortega Mountains. We are very centrally located. We are minutes to the Lucas Bike Track, Skydiving, Storm Stadium, and lake recreation areas. 20 minutes to Temecula wineries, 40 miles to Disneyland, 60 miles to the downtown areas for both LA and San Diego. There is ample parking on property. Enough for boat/motorcycle trailers, RVs, or any large vehicles. Access to the 15 freeway is minutes away, should you need to make a hasty escape. Should your gambling bug hit or have a concert to see, we are just 20 minutes to Pechanga Casino.
