Ballantyne Area - Room with Bath

A Lovely Single Room with a queen size bed, wardrobe and its own bathroom in quiet Ballantyne neighborhood, within walking distance of Elevation Church. No pets allowed due to allergies. Warming up food and minor cooking will be permitted; eating is only permitted in the dining room and kitchen area. I'm happy to share my local knowledge of the area and assist in any way i can so we can make your stay a happy one. We are located in a quiet and safe area in Ballantyne. Within walking distance from Elevation Church. It's 8 miles from Quail Hollow country club. Restaurant and grocery stores a mile down the road. 4 miles from Carolina Place mall and much much more. Turn off the lights if you're not using it. I keep the temp at 70 at night and 74 during the day.
