This home has been renovated with modern fixtures and furniture and its clean design makes for an inviting and calming environment. It has upper and lower units that can be booked together or separately. Breathe in the fresh air and listen to the sounds of our chirping birds. Our local Thames River runs right around the corner, so whether you are here to hike, de-stress in the sun or our open bonfire, the sounds and views of wildlife and serenity are all around. The upper level is also an AirBnB unit and is completely separate. However, both units can be booked and enjoyed together. Check out our other listings for booking. We are located on a rural property that is a short trip down a gravel road. It is a beautiful and tranquil setting with views of crops and woods. While we are out in the country you are just 10 minutes to Ingersoll and less than half an hour to the Woodstock, Stratford and London. This is a rural setting. No public transportation. Spruce Lea Gathering's has our Canadian Pacific trains passing through on the edge of it's property line. Guests go down flight of stairs from the garage in order to get to their unit.
