WV Mountain cottage minutes from New River Gorge

Located on Green Acres campground, just .2 miles off Rt 19, 8 miles S of New River Gorge Bridge. There you will find endless hills of hiking trails, biking, rock climbing, rafting, kayaking, zip lining, water parks and much more outdoor adventure. 1/2 hour drive to Winterplace Ski resort. The many little towns surrounding the adventures have wonderful local stores and restaurants as well as the many local breweries arising in the community. We require photo IDs for all adult guest. ONLY SLEEPS 4. IF CAUGHT WITH MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND. Owners or property manager are on property at all times. Take a right on Legends hwy. We are the next driveway on the right. Next to Lee’s Carpet. Wooden fence. Red gate. Gate must remain closed at all times. Check in is at 4:00. You must be approved if you would like an earlier check in. Please contact host first. There may be land and building improvements on the property during daylight hours. This is to help with progress of the upcoming Green Acres Campground and cabins. There may also be tents/campers on the 5 acres with over night guest. Tent and camper guest have no access to the main house. Please respect thy neighbor. Ring camera doorbells for security. If any of the security cords are disabled during your stay and it deactivates our security there will be a $120 service charge to have someone come out to repair. Absolutely no parties. Only guest renting the cottage may stay in the cottage. Guest must be 27 years of age to book. We have firewood available for $15 per wheel barrel. Contact us if you would like to purchase. ALL FIRES MUST BE PUT OUT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PREMISSES OR GO TO BED. IF FIRES ARE LEFT ACTIVE AND UNATTENDED YOU WILL BE FINED UP TO $500.00 No lit fireworks on the premises. The main house is very tiny. We have a strict 4 person policy. If you are caught with more than 4 people in your party and they are nit approved you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund, along with a $200 fine. The approved additional person fee is $50 a night. Monthly rentals only allowed Nov-Dec. Must abide by all local West Virginia laws.
