The space - 1 bedroom with a Queen Sized bed, plenty of closet space (and hangers provided), a large dresser, and bluetooth radio alarm clock. - 1 full bath/shower fully stocked with ample towels, hair dryer, and a starter supply of soaps and shampoo/conditioner. - In-unit washer and dryer, with starter supply of detergent and cleaning supplies. - Open Floor Plan with fantastic light and peaceful views looking out to the treetops of Laurelhurst Park. *Laurelhurst is a great park with a walking/running path, picnic tables, duck pond, playground, basketball and tennis courts. - Spacious Kitchen with all you need to cook meals at home, Keurig, french press, blender, and more. - All utilities included, Central Air Conditioning, Radiant heat, WiFi, HD cable “Smart” TV with Netflix, Pandora, Record Player with a few LPs and built-in Bluetooth to play music from your own device. - Secure garage parking with bike storage - Walk-out balcony (Pls note there is just room to stand, balcony does not extend beyond doorway on both sides.) *Windows on dining table side do open for a nice breeze.
