Convenient business rental New Haven/Yale/Shelton

A cozy basement room in a very quiet neighborhood. Brand new bathroom and bedroom, and private patio. 20 minutes from Yale. The bed is a double with a memory foam mattress topper. It is a soft bed, so someone who needs a firm mattress would not be happy. The washer is available to guests staying a week or more. Please do not ask me to accept payments outside of Airbnb. The usual guest access would be the bedroom and bathroom. The laundry is available if we are home. How much socialization you want it's up to you. You can come and go with the wave and a nod, or come and chat. There is a small shopping center near the house that has a gas station, Stop & Shop, A Taco Bell, and assorted other services. A little further away there are an assortment of nice restaurants in downtown Ansonia. There is a private parking space at the bottom of the driveway. The driveway however can be a bit steep, in snow it might be preferable to park on the street.
