Lakefront Hosta Cabin

The Hosta Cabin sits on about 7 acres. We have 450' of lakefront with stairs that give access to Lake Erie. There are two cabins on the property. We live on the property as well. Each cabin has its own fire pit and chairs. While the cabins are next to each other, there is ample space between each. They are close enough if you want to make it a family stay and rent both. The cabin sits on lakefront property that has access to Lake Erie. There is ample room to hang out, enjoy a campfire, take a long walk on the beach The guests are allowed to make themselves at home in the yard. You may walk on the property and do have access to the stairs leading to the beach. We will make ourselves as available as possible for guests and try to the best of our ability to answer questions and accommodate our guests’ needs We are less than a 10 minute drive from SUNY Fredonia. We are one mile away from Van Buren Drive-In Water rentals available through Sundaze We are one mile from Lake Erie State Park Many local wineries We are less than 10 minutes from downtown Fredonia Eating Establishments nearby: EBC West, Fireside Manor, Domus Fare, Fred’s, El Azteca, Blasdell Pizza, Yokoso Japanese Restaurant, DeJohn’s Italian Restaurant, The Mustard Seed, P Dubs, East Main Cafe, Applebee’s, Tim Hortons, Sullivan’s, Big Dipper, Upper Crust, 64 On the Rocks, Denny’s, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Arby’s, Taco Bell, Burger King Guests can park in the driveway in a designated area We live on 7 acres of lakefront property. If you are traveling with children or want to camp, there is ample space for a tent. This is a SMOKE FREE property both INSIDE and OUTSIDE. While we understand people would like to relax, there will not be any illegal drugs or excess drinking allowed on the property. If we feel that guests are drunk or using drugs, they will be asked to leave. The police will be called, if necessary. The only people who have access to our property are the people listed in the reservation. If you are thinking about having guests, our permission is required. There will be absolutely no parties!! Please look at the house manual and note there is one in the cabin that is updated as necessary.
