The red room, beautiful and private

Welcome to my comfortable home located in the beautiful and safe neighborhood of Kensington.This quiet escape is located near to NIH, bus stop, shopping center and restaurants,Starbucks coffee, Kensington triangle (walking) This room is perfect for solo travelers and couples. Also, we speak Spanish , English and Arabic. The red room is exclusive for our guest. Private entrance, one bedroom (double bed) a shared bathroom, complete kitchen and fridge, spacious living room area. The guests can use the washer and dryer if they stay more than seven nights. The guests have their own private room, all the house is shared common spaces but exclusive for our guests. The place is self check-in , yet I will be more than happy to greet you and show you around and offer my assistance in anything you need. The neighborhood is very safe and there’s a lot of things to do around good restaurants. Starbucks, CVS pharmacy, Kaiser, China gourmet and other restaurants are walking distance. Washington DC : 30 minutes driving Bethesda: 11 minutes driving NIH: 12 minutes driving Wheaton mall: 4 minutes driving Rockville pike: 11 minutes driving and is full of restaurants, bars and a VIP movie theater and others Downtown Rockville: 13 minutes driving Bus stop: 4 minutes walking Wheaton metro station : 6 minutes driving MARC train station: 0.9 miles from the place this train take you to Washington DC, Baltimore Airports: BWI = 35 min from the apartment DCA = 30 min from the apartment IAD = 31 min from the apartment * Time to get to the airport can change depending on traffic * This is a free shoes house, we will provide sandals or you can bring yours. - Video surveillance in use on these premises. - Guests don’t have access to the mailbox. -Guest can’t use the address for personal documentation.
