Minutes to Blue Heron Casino and downtown Port Perry! Breathtaking views of the lake throughout the house, this is a stunning place to relax for all seasons. Access to bbq ( only in the summer ) wifi internet, and netflix. You can snowmobile or ice fish. This is not a place for loud parties. This is a very private cottage with gorgeous views of the waterfront. It is beautiful for a getaway with friends, families, or for couples. In the winter you can play or walk on the lake or snowmobile or ice fish. Guests have access to the frozen lake in the winter right in your backyard. They can snowmobile, ice fish or just walk and play on the lake. In the summer you can watch people boating, beautiful view, backyard fire pit, BBQ etc. We will either meet you at the property to check you in and show you around or we will send you all the info and remotely check you in depending on your arrival time but we do not live on the property. However, we are always available to answer phone calls, texts, or emails! This lovely cottage is 10 minutes close to the blue heron casino and 10 minutes from downtown port perry. The water at this cottage is hard water so we provide water for drinking and cooking For washing and bathing the water is pretty good. the area in the backyard is not ideal for swimming as there are lotuses and seaweed there but if you are looking to just relax it's great.
