This adorable house is located just blocks from Downtown Paducah and the Lowertown Arts District. Close to shops, restaurants, the Riverfront and the Carson Center. Also close to KY Oaks Mall and Cinemark Theatres. Cozy house fits 4 guests. Very unique, brightly decorated and close to many activities. Guests have access to an entire 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house with off street parking in the back under the carport. I am the property manager and am accessible anytime by text or you can leave a message and if I can't get it just leave a message and I will call you back. The owner of the property lives just down the street and can help as well. Quiet neighborhood close to many activities. You can walk, drive your car with lots of parking at the attractions, take the public transportation or use the local taxi service. NO CHILDREN Smoking outside only
