As a well traveled host this space is special because it is designed, furnished and outfitted to meet the expectations that the host would desire in accommodations away from home. The guest would be met by the managing host who will explain the particulars about the studio. Although the managing host would be accessible the guest would be given the keys to the studio which will be deposited into a drop box upon departure of guest. Interaction with the guest is on an "as need" bases. The studio is located in a well sort after charming historic district which is on the national historic record. The neighborhood population is diverse and most residents are professionals and or students. Although pets are not allowed in the studio, it's a very pet friendly neighborhood. Most attractive however is that you can walk to access most things that you would need and major transportation is at your fingertips. If guest are accompanied by a vehicle, they can request a parking pass for $25.00; of which $10.00 is refundable upon departure. Access to public transportation is very simple. The location is one/two blocks away from local, regional and interstate transportation.
