Unit is separate from the main house with private entry and locked door to main house in hallway. Your hosts live on property and will able to assist you 24/7. We offer Lyft rides with additional charges to and from Sacramento Airport. We are a small town, but have a Dutch Bro’s, gas stations, Dollar General store, Penny Candy Store, Bettys Mexican restaurant, Estabans Mexican and Pasquini’s Italian Restaurant. Pasquini’s is 4 miles south on HWY 99. Our neighborhood is home to free range chickens which are very common in the Yuba City area. There are a rooster and a hen who frequently visit our home and surrounding homes. They are friendly and enjoy people. Sometimes the rooster crows early in the morning as our neighborhood alarm clock. There are patio chairs in the entry if you would like to sit outside with your morning brew. There is a park a short distance from the home for your walking exercise.
