Although we have had no known problems; due to extensive rains, 4x4,AWD, front-wheel drive, vehicles recommended. Outside, 9 enchanting acres await w fishing and frog ponds, hiking paths, & animals galore. Plenty of places to chill and get away. While inside you can cozy up to fireplaces, inviting bedrooms, or large family room. Full house accessible for your use, behind gated entrance. Garage is not accessible to guests. Do not stray from paths for guests safety & liability. Outside wood burner furnace, not for guests use. Guests have complete privacy, with assistance a phone call away, should it be necessary. Sits high, overlooking Monticello on private acreage; yet, minutes from everything. Separate Parking area for boats & large vehicle, lighted & within sight of house. Driveway to house is gravel with short, steep hill. Accessible to all; just use caution. Dry county with bars & nightlife within 30 minutes. All Other amenities within 5 minutes. Cumberland Lake 10-15 minutes. Smoking outside only. Dogs allowed at $50 per dog, per stay. Limit 2. Small fenced area provided for pet. Guest responsible for safety & clean up. Corn hole and croquet, available.
