The Sayville Home

The Sayville Home is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, and the beach. You’ll love the location with easy access to public transportation making a car not necessary. The home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). It is a short walk to LIRR train station and Main Street Sayville. The walk to Sayville Ferry Service is a 25-minute walk. There is also a shuttle service to Ferry Terminal from the train station, which is a five-minute walk. The environment is pet free to allow all guests to stay in a low allergen space. The bedroom with the day bed expands into two twin beds or converts to a comfortable queen size bed (please see photo). Clean linens are provided for either configuration. The common space sofa bed (please see photo) also converts to a queen size bed. If there are more than four (4) guests, an air mattress is available upon request. Two beach chairs, beach towels, a beach bag, cooler and beach umbrella are available to use for day trips to Fire Island. Guests will have access to the entire house, except two bedrooms upstairs. Guests are independent, and the hosts strictly maintain guest privacy. If you have questions, hosts can be reached for additional information or in rare situations can help with the property. Inquiries are responded to within the hour and often within minutes. The Sayville Home gives guests a home away from home. It is private and convenient, and as your host, I am available upon your request. You have complete privacy. It is located in a safe neighborhood very close to a delicatessen, pizzeria, and public transportation to and from New York City and Fire Island. The Sayville Home is in walking distance to the Long Island Railroad and taxi shuttle service to Fire Island. There is local taxi cab service along with Uber and Lyft. The home has driveway and street parking. There are no additional cleaning fees to stay at The Sayville Home.
