MAXIMUM 12 GUESTS on the property at all times. This is a local ordinance requirement - enforced by our property manager, the lake association and local neighbors. To ensure our property is the right place for your vacation, we require renters to review property rules before we approve reservations. This property is AMAZING! It's our cabin getaway. We only rent it about 15 weeks a year. All of the rental income goes back into the property and to charitable donations. Our desire is to have vacation renters who respect our wonderful property/neighbors and return year after year to enjoy annual upgrades. Great for multiple-family getaway. Quiet lake with sandy bottom, great for swimming, boating and recreation. Good bass-fishing, also crappies, northern and sunfish. Dock available and public boat launch is only 400 yards away. Multiple outdoor patios, including a large covered patio with outdoor fireplace; property is great for large groups but also provides opportunity for privacy, including a great sauna. 2 night min during fall, winter and spring months (we do not book during the summer months). Access to entire property, except garage. Parking available for 10 vehicles in driveway. Lots of lifejackets available, kids to adult XL. We live approximately 45 minutes away and are happy to help with anything. This property is a blessing to us and we hope it will bless others. And, one of our property managers lives on the lake. Lake is quiet, 220 acres, surrounded by less than 100 homes. We know most of our neighbors. Enjoy loons, woodpeckers, chickadees, herons, eagles and songbirds and lots of other wildlife. The channel next to boat launch is great for turtle watching on the paddle-boat, kayaks or paddle boards (available FREE). *Pontoon pictured is not available/included in stay. Feel free to bring your own boat. **Orange trampoline is not available. There is no public transportation nearby. Nearest towns are each 6 miles away (Clearwater to north, Annandale to south).
