A full kitchen with loads of cupboard and counter space provides everything you’ll need to create a delicious home-cooked meal, and there’s a mounted flatscreen TV where you can watch a DVD in bed or from a super-comfortable corner sofa. What’s nearby: Gold Beach is an absolutely gorgeous town with many activities to do day or night! Enjoy some fresh seafood or a craft brew at one of the local bars or restaurants, or participate in one of the many annual festivals. There are also several boutiques for one-of-a-kind shopping, a skatepark, and museums to brush up on some history lessons. Of course, the beach itself is a fantastic place to unwind for the day, take some surf lessons, or do some whale-watching! This one-level studio can be rented separately or with Harbor View Cottage A. Things to know: Full kitchen Dog friendly Twin size fold out couch is available. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: Please park either directly behind the home, or in the parking lot on the north end of the unit. Please be aware that there is another rental unit directly south of the Harbor View Studio Cottage, and please leave room for two additional cars to park safely. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
