The River House offers a peaceful and private environment along 300 ft of riverfront on three acres of beautiful land with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Kitchen is fully stocked and will have everything you will need during your stay including spices, pantry food basics, blender, kitchen aide mixer, Cuisinart food processor, large country griddle, and more! Bedrooms all have comfy beds, high end linens and plush pillows. Bathrooms come with plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper, tissues, and more. Recently remodeled and newly furnished with everything you will need for a perfect getaway. Enjoy the 16x40 ft deck overlooking the river with a gas grill to cook out on! Horseshoe pit in the backyard with river view provides lots of family fun. Acres of open grass yard area to throw around the football, play flashlight tag, throw a Frisbee for the dog, practice your golf swing, run & play, you name it! Our private gravel bar beach is located on easy flow riverfront with great fishing - we'll even provide the fishing poles and folding chairs to bring down to the river and soak your feet in the water! This home is located just downriver from 'Brushy Chutes' - a popular fishing spot for trophy salmon and steel head! Lots of parking in front of the house for cars, trucks, and boats. Robertson’s Bridge Boat Launch is located just 1 mile away. Crater Lake National Park, Oregon Caves, Britt Festival, Ashland Shakespeare Festival and more are within an hours drive or less. This is the spot for the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Let the fun begin! Dogs are also allowed at the river house with advance approval from host.
