Enjoy the charm of this spacious older 5 BR house with 8 beds and 2.5 bathrooms, large family room with huge beautiful brick fireplace on 1/2 acres of fenced yard with an oversized deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Short drive for fine dining, horseback riding, kayaking, Princeton/Rutgers U, Big 10 football Stadium, hospitals. Just 25 mins to Jersey Shore beaches, 45 mins to NYC. House is not new, expect some wear. Double listed. House is deep cleaned & disinfected between stays. The house is equipped with stainless steel appliances, hardwood and tile floors. There are short floors of living space. The 1st level bedroom with full bathroom steps away is perfect if you don’t want to go up any stairs. Enjoy the large family room on this same main level. Second lounge space on the lower level. Walk up to the 2nd level and find the living room with beautiful bay windows and hardwood floors. A little squeaky but charming. The dining room and kitchen has double glass doors leading onto the oversized deck and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Walk through the kitchen also with access to go outside onto the deck or head downstairs to the large family room with yet another entrance to backyard or outside. A knob on the kitchen is missing so enjoy the nice Coker that makes up for the one burners on the stove. From the living room, walk up another few steps to the 3rd level where you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub and half bathroom in the master bedroom. On the lower level is the 5th bedroom that was converted from a basement. Here you’ll find 2 comfortable king size beds with gel foam mattress and a nice sitting area with couch to spread out and relax. An additional full bathroom with standing shower is just up the stairs. Guests will have access to all areas except the garage. The house is on a corner lot so there’s plenty of parking with 2 spaces on the property and street parking in front and side of the house. Guests have access to 4 levels of living space so you can totally enjoy your privacy. Located in a quiet suburban residential neighborhood, the house is 5 minutes to New Brunswick nightlife, golf, parks, restaurants, supermarket, highways, New Brunswick train station which is just a 45 minutes ride to New York City. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is very easy to navigate. A quick uber or taxi ride is 5 minutes to New Brunswick nightlife, 25 mins to Jersey Shore beaches, 5 minutes to golf, parks, restaurants, supermarket, highways and many more attractions. New Jersey Transit (train) goes straight NYC. The closest train station is New Brunswick station. There are 7 beds in 5 bedrooms. 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 king in the main level near entrance, 2 kings with gel foam mattress top in lower level (basement), 2 single beds and 1 queen and 1 single child convertible bed on the too floor. Basement level has been converted to a bedroom. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No underage drinking! We do not provide charcoal if need to use the small grill, but you can purchase the market 5 mins away. We also do not provide gas or propane for the new bigger grill. Please don’t leave the doors open for any extended period of time to help prevent bugs from getting in. Floors may be squeaky, but charming.
