Check-in is at 4 pm Checkout by 11 am Fully furnished kitchen Common space -3 large rooms for common space including 2 70" televisions with amazon fire sticks -large movie collection at your disposal -internet -card games -Large wrap around deck -2 fireplaces one outside on the deck -BBQ -Dining room with a large table (Folding tables and benches as well) In addition to paper towels and toilet paper the cabin is also stocked with laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, towels/linens as well. Outdoor living and activity large deck for outdoor enjoyment 2 acres of land Bring your ATV's or snowmobiles and ride right out of the driveway to over 500 miles of off-road trails -Additionally you can rent UTV's that will be available at the cabin from utpowertoys.com -plenty of fishing at duck creek pond -Close to National Parks: 42 miles to Zions National Park 42 miles to Bryce Canyon National Park 57 miles to Kodachrome Basin State Park 22 miles to Cedar Breaks National Monument 23 miles to Brian Head 198 miles to Las Vegas A 4X4 vehicle is REQUIRED to access the cabin in winter months (October-April), roads are sometimes slippery and muddy. The cabin is accessed by dirt road, which is plowed in the winter but sometimes has 1 or 2 inches of snow on it. *********** Absolutely NO SMOKING! *********** ****************** NO PETS! ******************** *No Exceptions! Extremely Strict on rules, violations will forfeit deposit, & warrant possible eviction from property. ( Please respect the property & it's owners by following the rules. Please don't ruin your trip & our day by not following the rules. Issues will be dealt with promptly. ) Rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with very strict activity restrictions. Violations will result in being fined and entire security deposits potentially being forfeited. A list of restrictions is available to help you to determine if this rental is suitable for your vacation plans. Any renters bringing or renting ATV's, Side x Sides or dirt bikes. Please read special rules provided as roads should only be used to access trails. They should not be used to ride up and down as this can be very disruptive to full time residents that work from home and can very loud and dusty. Please do not use others driveways to turn around and obey all laws and especially all speed limits.
