Bed is super comfortable queen size with a top padded mattress that will put you to sleep in minutes, in addition to available memory foam pillows! Very comfortable high quality futon in living room converts to queen size bed and also has top quality super padding that is a joy. Lastly we have just installed an awesome towel warmer in the bathroom for the ultimate pampering experience. We know you'll enjoy it! Please note: the apartment is on the first level of my home. I live upstairs. There is double sound insulation between the two so you should be pretty comfortable there. Nobody ever complains :j Guest access: Our check-in procedure is super simple: When you make your reservation we will give you the code to a combination lock box where the key will be. You can independently check-in any time you want! Our address crossing streets: Caldew St. & 25th Ave. in Portland 97219 Interaction with guests: We work from home so mostly around, or always available on the phone. Other things to note: Your bed! You are going to love the luxury deep feel, fall asleep effortlessly (and if you need help, then use our Sleep Sound Machine we have placed right next to your bed!), and wish you could stay in bed the whole day! You will also love to know that your mattress is made responsibly, eliminating any damage to the environment. It is using CertiPUR-US Certified Polyurethane Foams. It was made WITHOUT these "common" materials: - ozone depleters - PBDE flame retardants - mercury - lead and heavy metals - formaldehyde - prohibited phthalates - Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) In short, it's genuinely Portlandian :j Please note: the apartment is on the first level of my home.
