It's in a restored home, but this little baby was ripped literally to the foundation walls (even the studs were replaced!). It is brand new in every way!•2 bed/1 bath apartment. BASEMENT (6 steps down)Bed arrangements:•Master Bedroom: Queen bed•2nd Bedroom: Full Bed---Suite Amenities----Everything was designed and decorated with your ease and comfort in mind-Approx 400 sq ft-Easy and fast self check-in with secure keyless locks-Free wireless and wired high speed internet (fiber optic)-Gorgeous original art and custom furniture throughout-2 windows face our private back yard area. Lots of installed lighting.-AC/HEAT*Note about ceiling height- the overall ceiling height is 7' and there are spots where the exposed boiler pipes make it a bit lower.---Bedrooms----Fresh clean linens-Diverse selection of pillows for comfort-Iron and ironing board-Large closets---Living Room----Comfortable sofa that can be converted to sleeper-Large HDTV with Blu-Ray, HDMI and Netflix provided (no cable)---Bathroom----Master bath- Tub/shower with beautiful stone-Stacks of freshly sanitized linens-Hairdryer---Kitchen----Dishes & cookware-Coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave-Fridge, dishwasher, disposal-Dining table seats 2 people---Kid-Friendliness---Kids will be comfortable in this suite, but because of it’s size, we wouldn’t recommend more than 1-2 small kids. The second bedroom could be used to position a pack’n'play.--Home Office Amenities--A portable table can be brought in for long term guests who need a desk.Hard wire ethernet port can be found behind the TV.---Building Amenities----New frontload coin-op washer/dryers in building with detergent provided-Private off-street parking is steps from the entrance to the building---Proudly offered:----Linen service for long term stays-Arrival welcome basket---Location----Walk to yummy local restaurants (Mozz Pizza, 5 Brothers Sushi, Peace On Earth Coffee, etc)-1/2 mile from an indoor water park and state of the art gym. Only $5 for adults and $4 for kids for all day!---Sleep Count---We love families and groups! This suite can accommodate up to 4 guests, however this is ideally a mix of adults and kids. If beds can't be shared, the max count is 3 (including sleeper sofa).*A note for winter guests: We insulated extremely well during the remodel. Probably too well because the boiler that keeps the building at an even temperature suddenly works super well. :) It is perfectly fine to open the windows to let in cool air if you find the boiler too hot.
