Rest and Relax on the Willamette River

Relax and unwind and experience the beauty of Oregon on this 7 acre, waterfront estate. The home is serene and clean. The professional cleaning team follows Covid 19 cleaning protocols. All beds have Pottery Barn or Costco duvet covers that are washed after every use. The owner bought 2 sets of all bedding to ensure a hotel-like sleeping experience. Pillows and mattresses have protectant covers. Located only 25 minutes from Portland and 25 minutes from Wine Country. This cozy 5 bedroom, 2 bath modern farmhouse is a relaxing retreat. Kids and adults will love swimming and kayaking in Willamette River, jumping and fishing off our dock, climbing on the play structure, riding their bikes down the long paved driveway, going for a run or walk on one of the many scenic country roads in the area, roasting marshmallows by the bonfire, playing in the tree house and soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day. Additionally, 90% of the furniture is brand new (as of May 2018). New interior paint. New stainmaster carpet. All of the bedding is new along with all of the kitchen pots, pans and serving ware. The style of the home is "modern country." Think Crate and Barrel, West Elm, Pottery Barn Kids and a hint of Joanna Gaines. Minimum age limit is 25. The property has lots of privacy but is not a party venue. Unfortunately, no weddings, receptions, reunions, bachelor or bachelorette parties, graduations, camp outs or any other events. The event and party policy is strictly enforced. No hunting rifles or shooting allowed. A Short Term Rental Agreement is required and will be emailed for signatures after booking is confirmed. PLEASE NOTE that a required 6% County occupancy tax will be added to your stay and is not included in the initial quote that VRBO provides. (They only include the State occupancy tax).
