Outside you can take in the sweeping views from the private hot tub, or enjoy the outdoor dining area which capitalizes on the stunning views and includes a private gas grill. Inside this two-story home, you will find everything you need including a well-equipped kitchen, private pool table, ping-pong table, and gaming system for added entertainment options. Enjoy ocean views from every living space and bedroom, with plenty of room to spread out. High beach access is approximately 500 ft south of the house via a neighborhood-maintained path, and low beach access is a short drive away in the neighborhood. What’s nearby: Pacific City is 10 minutes to the north where you can find numerous restaurants and cafes, including Pelican Brewing Co, and Grateful Bread among others. Excellent surfing, the Dory fleet, and Twist Wine Company are among the other local sights. Neskowin is 10 minutes south, offering two restaurants, a small store, and a public golf course.
