No car garage but there is free private space to park Kitchen, Living room, bathroom, lil gym (with elliptical and total gym machine.) basement just if is necessary do laundry or in case of emergency. Just as a clarification I don’t cook for anybody, mostly I cook for my self, but sometimes not, but if I make plenty food I like to share that is why ppl mentioned about the trying my food, but I just don’t want ppl to expect that I would cook is so much work.
