Quiet neighborhood on a deadend street. Close to the mtns and central Logan. Very clean and comfortable. The bed is a "Tuft and Needle", exceptionally comfortable! New everything. Plenty of light! Mini fridge in each room, desk area for working, comfortable chair good lighting and electrical outlets. A new kitchen just finished, microwave, stove, sink, cabinets, window, Boniveta coffee brewer and many others. Additional bedroom is available with full private bath for $45 extra per night The downstairs is exclusively for my guests. It’s large, open and very comfortable Very clean and I’ve tried to anticipate my guests basic needs. Guests have access and a private entrance to the downstairs rooms and livingroom area. Upstairs is private and not for guests use. I am available most of the time. I work from home and can return texts between clients, otherwise I give my guests their privacy. This home is at the end of a dead end street, very quiet. There is a free bus service within a few blocks of this home. No pets or smoking is allowed to help make this residence an allergy free environment. Most my guests arrive with a vehicle, however there is a free bus route available within a few blocks of this home, uber is also an option.
