LRG RM for professionals (Long Term Preferred)

** Long Term Stay preferred for professional** 1 decent size room. It comes with a private entrance. The room is private with lock. There's a shareable living room area, kitchen, and bathroom. The appliances are to be used by all refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchen doesn't have a stove. We have 1 husky, and three Maltese. Parking is on the road. We are located 12 min (drive) from many great restaurants, nightlife, marina and much more. More rules -> "Other details to note." 1 Room with Queen bed, smart TV, Closet bureau. Everything else outside this room is shared. Only the person that booked is allowed to check in. If someone is not added to the reservation they cannot check in. All guest must be declared on the reservation. If you cancel for any reason there is no refund. Strict refunds policy. You must follow all city and state laws. If you have any complaints about the property, we reserve the right to come into the property and solve the issue. We do not need permission to access the property. Any house rules violated is grounds for immediate removal from property and termination of stay without refund. Any guest that books must follow the terms of the lease and community policy. Our neighbors are all nice, and quite. We have a convenient bus stops that are about 7 to 10 minute walk away. Bus transportation will take you to the bus center in Brentwood located 3 min away from the train station. *** Difference between LRG Room & Medium Room is that the larger room is a little larger with an in the wall closet and the medium room has a closet bureau. *** House Rules: Please note that I do not accept pets under any circumstances.
