"Southern Exposure" is located one mile east of Olean on a dead end street with a peaceful escape from everything but simply a beautiful look into the woods. Southern Exposure is 100% self check in, but we would love to meet you. We own the nearby convenience store Dewey's, simply stop in to say hi only if you wish. Holiday Valley and Holimont Ski Resorts. 70 miles from Buffalo International Airport, 1.5 hrs. 100 miles from Elmira Airport 1.5 hrs. 92 miles to Niagara falls 1.5 hrs 35 miles to Allegany State Park. 100 miles to the fingerlakes region, Wine Country. 25 miles to Seneca Allegany Casino (Salamanca). 9 miles to Rock City Park. Southern Exposure guest have full access to all areas of the house and huge yard, in exception to the basement We own the convenience store next door and are usually available to meet any guest who wish to stop in to say hi, but with100% self checkin don’t feel obligated. I always answer any questions or inquiries from the Airbnb app. Southern Exposure is located at the end of a street facing south, to walk through the large back yard going south if you were to walk through the woods for about 1/2 mile you would arrive at the mouth of Haskell, this is where the Haskell creek meets the Allegany river. At the end of the street there is plenty of parking space, also a couple cars will fit in the driveway. Olean is very easy to get around with a car. We call it Southern Exposure due to the fact most of the large picture windows and doors face south bringing abundant light into the living room dining room and kitchen if the blinds are open.
