Welcome to our cozy A frame Cottage! We just *fully renovated* this beautiful lake front home and we are ready to host you! Watch the beautiful sunset, over the lake, from a private “party deck” above the boat house or the large deck, right off the main house. There is a boat ramp less than 100 yards away and you can tie your boat to our dock! We offer 3 adult kayaks, a kids kayak, and a Lily pad for you use! Home is a fisherman’s dream! Large dock for fishing! This home truly “lives large”! The guests can use all spaces, including the house, driveway, deck, yard, fire pit, and party deck. Amenities included -full kitchen with plenty of pot/pans, cooking utensils, etc. -Large refrigerator - charcoal grill -lily pad- fun for kids and adults! -four kayaks. 2 singles, 1 double, and a kids kayak -outdoor patio furniture, table, Adirondacks by the fire -outdoor shower - dock to tie up boat or jet skis - party deck over the boathouse with table, chairs, and outdoor sofa Guests have access to the entire home and beautiful outdoor areas! There is a large deck off of the main house. There is a nice size yard with a fire pit! There is also a boat house party deck right on the water. We allow use of our kayaks and lily pad!! We are not on the property but are available to guests via phone calls and text to help with anything! Located on desirable Seminole Island, close to restaurants, Pew Island, fishing, and everything the lake has to offer! There is a public boat ramp less than 100 yards from our home, so this is a great property if you are bringing your own boat or renting one! Park right in front of the home! There is room for 4 cars or SUVs. You can get around on foot, bikes, and golf cart. There is a golf cart on the property that is available to rent. Please contact the host for information. The stairs to the upstairs are “quirky” and would be a challenge for an elderly person or unattended child to climb. At the top the roof slopes, which is where it would be most challenging. Once you are upstairs the ceiling is tall and there is a lot of space! All Ohio regulations for inland waterways and ODNR rules apply. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING BB GUNS Fireplace is non working.
