Loveland Farm is a 27 acre farm located one mile out of beautiful historical downtown Loveland,OH less than 2 miles from the Loveland bike trail .This sears and Roebuck’s Craftsman home is a cozy 2 story 7 room farm house with 3 bedrooms & full unfinished basement. . The 1st floor has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace a bedroom with a full bed an the only bathroom / shower/tub. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms one with twin beds 1 masters with a queen bed. The entire house has windows with spectacular views thru out . A walk-out basement with a washer n dryer and all the laundry needs Have been provided. Our Farm house has plenty of parking to accommodate multiple vehicles & trailers. We have a restored dairy barn, chicken coop made from recycled fence materials with a green roof. Lots of room to ride your 4 wheeler or a golf cart if you want to bring one ! we have 3 tranquil, peaceful ponds, 2 that reflect the surrounding trees & sky and 1 Lotus pond that blooms beautifully in the summer, all bursting with aquatic life,water fowl, birds & wildlife. 30 years of beautiful diverse collection of trees throughout the property displaying seasonal interest with spring & summer flowering blooms. We have two kayaks and one canoe for use for you to be able to use and have a great time !! If you choose to bring that’s ok too! We are in and out from time to time feeding the peacock . The BEST biking country roads and marked routes are right out the door steps. The Loveland bike trail is one of the oldest in the country and runs along the beautiful scenic Little Miami River where you can also rent canoes and kayaks and ride horses . The local Loveland castle is a must see, Kings Island amusement park is 20 mins away or less . Plenty of actives to choose from with in a short drive or just relax and enjoy the home , campfire by the pond and property. We are 30 mins from downtown Cincinnati, easy to get to expressways . Our visitors come for a getaway retreat, local & regional concerts & sporting events, business and visiting relatives . We also offer and rent our farm out for smaller weddings , party's, reunions, corporate contact Loveland farm on FB getting around would be driving, biking We do ask that you take your shoes off in the home we have worked hard on restoring and furnishing it. We also ask that you do not smoke in our home . We also ask that your dogs be crated when you leave them. We ask not to let your dogs on the beds or furniture please bring a dog bed for them. We ask for you to clean up after your pet. A lot of times it’s just easier to come and meet you and just go over things about the house .
