The house is open with lots of window exposure to the beautiful lake and scenery. You’ll love the indoor and outdoor amenities! Located off the beaten path but close to Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Mebane, Burlington etc. There is a garden tub and separate shower in your private bathroom. Your room is spacious with WiFi television. You’ll enjoy a private bathroom with separate shower, garden tub with jets, double sink area and large closet. Guests have access to a full modern kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, screened in porch, large deck area, kayaks, beach area. I like getting to know guests but will absolutely respect your privacy. I’m located on a private road which is wonderful for walking biking or running. There is lake access in the back yard. Feel free to bring your fishing gear or go for a swim or take out the kayaks. Life vests and rafts in the basement! There is ample parking here. Uber and Lyft are also available. A Covid-19 vaccine card is required to stay in my home. Arrival time can be earlier if you message me in advance. I’m a school teacher and can work late at times. I can make arrangements for an earlier arrival if I’m given a days notice. Also, weekends can absolutely be earlier.
