Family Friendly Home in Quiet Cove

We completely remodeled this home, and it is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked. The dining room contains a bonus sitting area. Each bedroom has a television with DirecTV, and we provide wifi also. The fenced-in backyard has a large deck that provides space for relaxing, grilling, and entertaining. The neighborhood is conveniently close to Memphis and the amenities of Southaven, such as the Tanger Outlet Mall, Snowden Grove amphitheater, and the Greenbrook Softball fields. We love this home because it is nestled in a quiet cove. When we furnished the home, we wanted guests to have many places to sit and relax, and we tried to make our home as comfortable as possible. Parking includes a 2 car garage and a driveway. Extra parking is available on the street in front of the house. We try to greet guests upon arrival and are available by phone if guests need anything or would like any suggestions about restaurants or entertainment. The house is 15 minutes from Graceland and about 20 minutes from downtown Memphis. It is about 10 minutes from the Tanger Outlet Mall and other shopping centers and restaurants. Uber and Lyft are available in the area. The house is about 6 miles away from the Memphis airport, so airplanes do travel over the house. We have lived in the area for many years and don't notice them, but the noise may be an issue for guests who have trouble falling asleep. Also, please note that we DO NOT allow people who live locally to book.
