Housed in a historical two story brick building built in the 1920's. Make sure you stop by our local downtown burger joint, Fat Patty's, a 619 burrito from Suplex tacos , The Winchester or Texas Roadhouse for a great steak. Parking is easy with plenty of off street parking. Easy walk to Central Park or King’s Daughter’s Hospital. Effective 9/01/19, the City of Ashland passed an ordinance requiring hosts of all Airbnbs within the city to collect from guests a local 3% tourism tax on each reservation. This is in addition to KY state tourism tax collected. You will find this tax under the "Community Fee" at checkout. Pets are absolutely prohibited. Failure to follow this no pet rule will result in immediate departure. Our insurance liability prohibits commercial use of the property.
