Large private cabin with a stunning view of Kolob canyon. All proceeds go towards the non-profit organization, "Orange Couch Foundation", which helps kids in Guatemala go to school and earn the education they deserve. This cabin is great for large gatherings. In addition to having ping-pong, fussball, TV, internet, board games, books, legos, dolls, and a kids' play stage with costumes, this cabin has plenty of outdoor attractions to take advantage of. It is about 15 minutes south of Cedar City (where the Utah Shakesperian Festival takes place), about 35-40 minutes north of St. George (home of Tuachan, Snow Canyon, endless golf, and many other tourist attractions), about 45 minutes from the main entrance of Zion National Park (red rock hiking and views for days), 30 minutes south of Cedar Breaks National Park, and about 45 minutes south of Brianhead ski resort. Close by the cabin is a large grass area (fun for outdoor games in the summer) and 40+ acres of mountain area to explore. Several smaller hikes (including the famous Kanaraville hike and one of the smaller entrances to Zion National Park) are about 10-15 minutes away. Overall, this cabin is a spacious, secluded, and central location for many activities in southern Utah. The entire home is for rent. This cabin is the last cabin build on a dirt road up the mountain. No houses are built behind, leaving the mountain side and views all to yourself! Parking is easy and available at the cabin. An enormous parking area is available just outside the cabin. The dirt road is well maintained and although a larger car is recommended (especially during the winter months) it is not necessary. Any car can make it to the cabin without problem.
