Renovated kitchen and baths mixed with original charm. **THE SPACE** First floor: Huge renovated kitchen with exposed wood beams, wood floors, a huge pantry and a glorious wood stove for those cool nights. The kitchen is fully-stocked and has a full-size fridge, electric stove, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the small appliances you could want (waffle iron, slow cooker, blender). Walk-out from kitchen to a massive screened in porch for dining al fresco bug-free and a place to sit and enjoy some peace and quiet during the golden hour. Also on the deck is a 6 person Hot Tub and a Gas BBQ (that needs to be upgraded but maybe not quite yet as it still works). Formal dining room with passthrough from the kitchen and seating for 6-10 people. Living Room has a sectional situated around a wood stove and wall-mounted TV that is perfect for gathering. Library is a good place to retreat to if you’d like to get away from it all. Has a pull out couch for overflow guests. Surrounded by bookshelves and wood panelling, this room is perfect for reading, puzzling or napping! The main floor office is for our own personal use and the door to this room will be locked. Main floor 3 pc bathroom is renovated with walk- in shower, heated floors and side by side laundry. Second floor has 3 bedrooms plus a tandem room and sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Master bedroom has a king bed and 4-piece ensuite bathroom Second bedroom has a king bed and views of the Creek Third bedroom has a queen bed plus the tandem 4th bedroom with one double bed and 2 single beds as well as a TV with DVD and VHS. Parking: The driveway has space for 4 cars Please bring your own bedding, linens and bath and beach towels. Included Amenities: - soap and shampoo - Lots of kitchen supplies such as rice, coffee, tea and condiments. Please use whatever you wish. We spend a lot of time here so it is a fully stocked house. - 1 hairdryer - WiFi - TV with Netflix and Crave etc. but no cable - Provincial Park pass (PLS DON'T LOSE THIS!) - Selection of board games, books, magazines, puzzles - Please water our plants if you think of it Guest Access: Guests have full run of the house and yard. The shed is used for storage. Please do not go in. Also, don't go down to basement unless you have to. Keypad entry for easy and convenient check-in. Available if needed via text, email or phone. Interaction with Guests The owner will try to meet the guests and introduce them to the area, but splits time between Toronto and PEC.
