Quiet Home (Shared) on South Shore with 2 Bdrms.

(IMPORTANT: Please note that this is a shared home. I live here.) If I have enough advance notice I will not occupy the house while you are guests. This home is comfortable with an open concept kitchen and DR area, large kitchen island & french doors that lead out onto a patio with seating space. There are 2 Bdrms; 1 Queen sized bed, sleeps 2 and a full sized bed. There is also a full bath on this floor. The bottom floor: large family room and a 55" TV, table & chairs & a 1/2 bathroom. The house is comfy and welcoming with enough room for everyone to spread out. Guests have use of the 2 bedrooms; 1 with a Queen sized bed, 1 with a full size bed and the house, including kitchen, dining room, family room and patio and fire pit in back yard. I am available to instruct you on how to get into NYC for sightseeing, shows and dinner, and to the Long Island shopping outlets and help you book winery tours. If I have advance notice, I can print out information for you to have a great time. I am also 20 minutes away from Jones Beach and the Jones Beach Nikon theatre, where they have great concerts all summer long. I am a 3 minute away (by foot) from the Belmont Lake State Park, and it is nice to walk, jog, or take the kids to play. The park has a playground, picnic tables and lake with ducks and geese. You can even rent paddle boats or pack a lunch and a blanket and sit back and people watch. I am 1 hour from NYC and 1 hour from the LI wineries. I am located 1 mile away from a major road that has many restaurants and stores. There are the "Tanger Outlets" at Deer Park located approximately 10 minutes by car where you can shop, eat and watch movies or go out for drinks. The Long Island Rail Road train station which takes you into NYC is about 10 minutes away by car. The great south bay is 10 minutes away. The Village of Babylon has many great bars, restaurants, shopping and a great little wine bar. If you do not own a car, you can use Uber/Lyft. Please ask ahead and I will have all the information printed and ready for your arrival in your room at check-in. Car rental is nearby. IMPORTANT: I reside in the home, but can give you private use of the home if you provide me with advance notice. I have a dog, so my home is pet friendly, based on advance notice and with your reassurance that your dog is house trained and you walk them to do their business and clean up after your dog.
