Bedroom Plus Living Space with Private Entrance

Our place is 5 blocks from Geneva College, 5 miles from the Pittsburgh Race Complex, and in residential community. Our property is partly wooded and partly landscaped to integrate with our natural surroundings. The neighborhood is quiet, close to several family owned businesses and great for walking/running. Directions to the property are not reliable with GPS. Full directions will be furnished on a confirmed booking. This bedroom and living space is in our walkout "basement" which is completely finished and furnished. It includes a family room (with cable TV), the bedroom, a full shower bathroom and my husband's study. A microwave and mini fridge/freezer are placed in the family room for your convenience. Guests find plenty of room to lay down a yoga mat. Guests will have access to the family room, bedroom and bathroom. The study area and furnace room are not available to guests. We love getting acquainted with our guests, but respect their time constraints during their visit. We are a busy retired couple ourselves. Questions about the area and places to eat and relax are always welcome. We love telling about our favorite places. College and high school athletic events and concerts are held on Geneva College campus. Beaver Falls Coffee and Tea is a favorite hangout. CoHill Fashions, Tangles Beauty Shop, Sheetz are businesses within walking distance. The reputation for Oram's Donut shop, has traveled far and wide, and it is located on the main street of Beaver Falls, about a mile away. Directions to the property are not reliable with GPS.
