Close to skiing, hiking, USU, etc. Absolutely no smoking/vaping, drinking or pets allowed on the property. There are 4 rooms in this rental. A large living room which has a king bed and a bunk bed with a queen bed and a queen on the bottom. There are also several twin mattresses that can be moved to whichever rooms you prefer. The other rooms are a large marble tiled room with toy closets, a theater room and a large bathroom. You can use the firepits in the yard and grassy area just below the room. Feel free to enjoy the many gardens on the property. We are usually on the premises and you can call or text with questions. This house is in a quiet upscale neighborhood with a exceptional view of the valley. You can park in the gravel area right outside of your door. This is an ideal spot for a family to stay but is not a fit for young adults looking to party. We will not tolerate the breaking of house rules. Immediate eviction will result if guests choose to smoke or use alcohol anywhere on the property.
