Mason Square Hotel - Library Room with balcony

Spacious with a big leather chair and ottoman in front of the fireplace; king-size bed. Charcoal and deep red with green accents. Library wall plus fireplace and 50” TV connected to the Dish Network, together with unlimited Wi-fi. But the coup d’gras is the balcony! This is the only room with balcony access. At night, it’s really nice to just chill with the door open, or enjoy the scenery on the square. Please note this room is in Mason, about 40 minutes from Fredericksburg Our rooms only accommodate 2 people, and we are NOT handicap accessible, all rooms are at the top of 22 stairs The Library Room is the largest room, king size bed, private bath, 50" TV with Dish Network programming, fireplace, cozy leather chair and a private balcony overlooking the town square. We are completely hands-off; when booking you will be provided a door code. Check in is at 3 p.m.; check out is at 11 a.m. This is the cutest little town, our hotel is on the public square right across from the courthouse. Restaurants and shopping are minutes from the front door. We are a boutique hotel, not a private residence. A phone number will be provided for any issues that come up, but no one lives onsite. We have four rooms available and there may be other guests. The whole space was completely refurbished in February 2017.
