Quiet little farmhouse. Perfect weekend getaway or landing place for a fishing trip. 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath located in Counce, TN. 10 minutes to Pickwick, 15 minutes to Hagy's Catfish or nightlife. Home is 1 level living. Peaceful country place. Pecan, peach and apple trees. Ponderosa pines, mature crepe myrtles, altheas. Storm cellar. When booking, please register anyone over 2 years as an additional guest. This helps us make sure the accommodations are setup appropriately for your stay. Peaceful and quiet...please respect that. As you leave, please leave the beds that you’ve used unmade, and put used towels on the washer. In an effort to be more "green", we only supply septic friendly toilet paper. I hope you will support and embrace our efforts. Whatever you put it in the fridge, please leave with it. Please, no parties!
