This large, spacious and charming room comfortably is located in a home that sits on a quiet, suburban street. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from Rutgers, 40 minutes from NYC, and 40 minutes from the Jersey Shore. Lots of street parking (won't need to parallel park). COVID-19: After check-out each and every single room is thoroughly sanitized. In addition, new guests will always have freshly washed sheets Super bright and comfortable room with a queen size bed and plenty of drawer space for your belongings. Close to Rutgers and buses/trains to NYC. You don't need to know how to parallel park. BREAKFAST Grab and go style breakfast that usually includes coffee, tea, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, bagels. RUTGERS 5 minute drive. You will not be able to walk to campus. Must have a car or take public transportation. If you choose to take public transportation, NJ Transit buses 815/818 are stationed 2 blocks away. JERSEY SHORE Asbury Park - 35 minutes Belmar - 40 minutes Avon - 40 minutes Long Branch - 40 minutes Point Pleasant - 40 minutes Seaside Heights - 1 hour Atlantic City - 1 hour 40 minutes Ocean City - 1 hour 40 minutes NYC 40 minutes by Coach Bus. 50 Minutes by NJ Transit train -Guests enter from a small wing of the house that is separate from the main house. They will have access to a full size bathroom that is located next to their bedroom as well as a half size bathroom on the main floor. - Guests will also have access to a family room, that will be shared with other guests (if applicable), which contains a TV. I will stay out of your way unless you need something. I am always available via text/phone call and I do my best to respond in a prompt manner. This is the best neighborhood in New Brunswick. It is very quiet, suburban and family friendly. -Please note that this is not downtown New Brunswick, you do need a car to get around. However, it is a walk away from the bus to NYC and downtown New Brunswick. **** GET YOUR FIRST UBER RIDE FOR FREE USING THE CODE TASLIMP (UP TO $20) **** Less than 10 min. walk to the bus to NYC. 5 min. drive to Rutgers University 2 min walk to bus to Rutgers University It's also very close to all major highways (right off of Route 1, NJ Turnpike, and route 18) Plenty of shopping malls, fast-food, and restaurants within a 1 mile radius. -There are 1.5 BATHROOMS and they ARE SHARED with other guests when applicable - Each guest will receive a room key as well as a door code. -This is one of 3 rooms on airbnb.(They are all located in the same quarters) -street parking available directly in front of the house -LAUNDRY is only available with an additional fee. Therefore, if you need access to the laundry room please let me know before you finalize your booking.
