Luxurious Valley Forge Guest Suite
This spacious 600 sq ft 1 bedroom suite is part of a Malvern home. It has its own entrance and there is parking for two cars. Our home is set in 2 1/2 acres of wooded area with easy access to the main line and just over a mile to an E-ZPass entry and exit for I-76. Since the start of Covid19 E-Z Pass ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) are using number plate recognition if you wish to use this exit and do not have a pass. Due to the covid19, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize all touched surfaces. Clean, spacious and quiet. There are two large rooms and a bathroom in the suite. Although it is attached to our house the connecting door is always kept locked during your stay and is very secure. You have your own private entrance, up a flight of stairs into the suite. There is a keurig coffee/tea maker with a good supply of k-cups and snacks. We are trying to cut down on plastic so we use a Britta water jug instead of bottled water. The water from the bathroom tap is very safe to drink and is filled fresh for every new guest. The jug can be filled up with a cup from the cupboard. A microwave and a fridge with a small freezer compartment is also in the suite but there are no other cooking facilities or kitchen area. Your entrance to the suite is the door to the right of the attached garage, up a flight of stairs where you have access to 2 rooms, a lounge area and bedroom with a separate bathroom. This is our home so we will be available to assist you in any way we can during your stay, by phone, message or in person. Private and away from the hustle and bustle and yet a mile down the road you are out of the woods and down the mountain. Within a mile and a half you are on Route 29 (Morehall Road) where a majority of the large Corporate Centers are easily accessible, Swedesford Road, and route 202 North and South. Exit and entry onto I-76 is just over a mile away and can be used even if you don’t have an EZ pass because you are billed by number plate recognition. We are close to restaurants - Cedar Hollow Inn, Franks Pizzeria, The Office Bar & Grill, PJ Whelihans, next to Dunkin Donuts, Avola, and Wawa. Wegmans Supermarket and Aldi is 4 miles away, with Target and Chipotle, also Starbucks and Chick-fil-a on Morehall Road (Route 29) We have a list of dinner, lunch, brunch and breakfast restaurants in the suite which have been tried and tested and it gives you a wide range of different tastes from American pubs and steak-houses, Mexican, Indian, Mediterranean, Seafood, Japanese, Chinese, British to fast foods outlets and takeouts. The Horseshoe Trail is a 5 minute walk away and the Diamond Rock Preserve is behind us at the top of our hill. The Valley Forge National Park is a 3.5 mile drive but is also a lovely walk along the Horseshoe Trail. Located the other side of the park (20 minute drive) is one of America's largest shopping malls - King of Prussia Mall and the recently developed town center with all of its lovely restaurants. Also the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Limerick is 16 miles by car and well worth a visit if you are looking for that bargain. The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA is 5.5 miles away a 10 minute drive. Valley Forge Casino Resort is just over 6 miles away, a 15 minute drive through Valley Forge Park. Philadelphia International Airport is 30 miles away, a 45/60 minutes drive but very dependent on the time of day. This location is situated close to Paoli Train Station (10/15 mins drive) which gives you easy access to all the main line stops. Trains run regularly from Paoli to Philadelphia taking between 40/50 minutes. Easy access by car to I-76 East and West, I-276 North, however you will need an EZPass to use junction 320 onto I-76 which is just over a mile from our home. (Due to Covid 19 this entrance/exit is using number plate recognition if you do not have an EZpass). Alternatively US-202 North and South will give you access to all of the main routes. No pets allowed. No smoking, vaping or lighting candles in the suite please. Not suitable for children or infants. There is a flight of stairs up to the suite which is above the attached double garage. We do not use the garage doors between the hours of 9pm - 9am.
