1 140 sq. ft. ranch house in Chicago suburb, best for family of 6 or less. 3-bedroom and 1.1-bath ranch house, located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. 7 mins to Woodfield Mall, 20 mins to O'Hare. Close to IKEA, Renaissance Convention, Medieval Times. Enjoy coming home to a comfortable and quiet house after a long day's trip. The whole house is yours to enjoy during your stay. You will have the convenience of a single family house, park your car straight to the attached garage/driveway. 1 level ranch house with 1 indoor car parking and 2 outdoor driveway parking. The patio has plenty of chairs for the whole family. The kitchen just recently updated 2021 with new Quartz countertop, new dishwasher, new backsplash, new Quartz island table, newly painted and more. Kitchen cabinets are now white in color. Guest has access to all parts of the house except the attic. You are welcome to use the patio but do not exit/enter from the back fence. It will best to have your own transportation. Neighborhood is very safe and beautiful. 2-car driveway parking available and 1 attached car garage best for winter. Clusters of restaurants and shopping around the area, Woodfield Mall is very close. Bike paths around the area that could lead you to Busse Woods Bicycle Trail. Spring Valley Nature Centers 5 mins away. Most of our interactions will be online, text or call. I will provide instructions how to enter the house. The house is located in Chicago suburb. It is best to have your own transportation to go around. However, uber and lift are available. 20 mins drive to O'hare airport, 45 mins drive to downtown Chicago, 3.4 miles to Schaumburg train station that will take you to Chicago. Please remove your shoes when entering the house. This house has no basement. Tuesday is garbage pick up day. This house is small and not intended for bigger groups and not for events since it doesn't have enough space.
