This home is on a cul de sac at the end of a quiet country lane. No thru traffic. Plenty of hiking available without getting in your car. Only minutes by car from the charming villages of Phoenicia, Hunter and Tannersville. State park less than 10 minutes away. Short drive to Hunter, Windham and Belleayre ski resorts. Parking for multiple cars on the property. No parties or unrelated groups. No smoking. Do not leave trash or food outside and never feed the wildlife.
