Half a house in peacefull callicoon

You will be staying in half a house in the beautiful callicoon. You have access to two locked bedrooms, private bathroom, living room, and back deck. The kitchen is shared but if you need to use the microwave, fridge or freezer that is okay, just no cooking full meals. Callicoon is a hotspot right now, you are minutes away from the center of town where the nightlife is hopping. Executive ranch on 10 plus private and peacefull acres built in 2006. The bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space and large windows with outstanding views of the natural surroundings from every room. The family room is large and their is a deck in the back of the house for an enhanced experience of the natural surroundings that this area of the Catskills is so famous for. If your looking for a true country experience complete with privacy, relaxation and all the modern amenities that a home can offer this could be what your looking for. Another great feature about this location is that the town is only 1.5 miles away and callicoon is well know as the dinning capital of the catskills with 6 resturants, 4 bars, a movie theatre, bowling alley, pizzaria, coffee shop, ice cream parlor, whole food store, and supor market. And all of this is right along the delaware river where if you choose to can rent a raft and spend a day on the river or enjoy some of the best fishing in the area at many of the creeks that feed into the delaware river. The weekends this time of the year are always a little more special with the town arranging entertainment in the riverside park for all to enjoy for free. There is also a farmers market on every Sunday which offers a wide variety of produce, baked goods and many other local products for sale. All of these attractions make this area a great place to visit and live and i am sure once you see it for yourself you will agree with me. Getting here is a task as there is no public transpertation so a car is a must but the drive up is also part of what makes this location a great destination. The country roads that run along the delaware river offer beautiful views of the delaware valley with many locations to pull over and take some pictures of the river or the eagles flying above. Long driveway with adequate parking. Hospital is right down the road, there is a spot that overlooks the mountains. You can ride your bike, and you can walk trails.
