Center for Disease Control (CDC) & EPA CLEANING MEASURES ADOPTED! After guest departure our house is cleaned with EPA registered household disinfectants and cleaning products. ADDITIONAL MEASURES: Bedspreads and throw pillows removed and replaced with blankets, double pillow cases and pillow protectors which are washed after each guest stay. We are also allowing a minimum of 48 hours between stays. DISCOUNT: 20% discount when booking 7 nights or more. 50 % discount when booking 28 nights or more. This home can not accommodate more than 3 normal size vehicles for parking (one car in the garage, one in the driveway, and one in a designated spot across from driveway are a tight fit). Parking in the street is prohibited for guests and any visitors. Absolutely no trailers, boats, RV's are allowed to park in the street. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse sleeps up to 8 people: Bedroom 1, the Master Bedroom, has a King Size Bed with a view of the creek; it sleeps two and has a master bath which includes a separate Jacuzzi tub and shower with a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 is located upstairs & has a King Size Bed with a view of the creek, sleeps 2. Bedroom 3 has queen bed, and the loft has a queen Murphy bed that can sleep two. There is a half bath located on the first floor. The second full bath is located upstairs and is equipped with a sauna. The townhouse has a loft with a business center, a queen Murphy bed, and the area may also be used as a space for quiet reading. The business center includes a complimentary computer & printer with free wifi. The loft & the living area are both equipped with large, flat-screen Smart TVs that include Netflix and Pandora. The townhouse also comes with Bose surround sound speakers that can play music from anywhere in the house. The private deck has a beautiful view overlooking Mill Creek and has a gas BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully furnished with all cooking appliances, dishes, and cutlery necessary. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The view is amazing overlooking Creek 1 of Mill Creek Golf Course as well as Mill Creek. Mornings and evenings you will find deer on the course and crossing the creek. From the front door and kitchen window you can watch golfers tee off from hole #9 tee box. From the kitchen table you can watch golfers warm up on the driving range. Use of the club house swimming pool is free to guests. Golf clubs in the garage are available for use.
