The studio space is a guesthouse behind the main house. The space features a full memory foam, California King bed. The unit is separated into two rooms. The living area has a large couch, refrigerator, microwave, sink, induction cooktop, and 55 inch smart TV. The sleeping area features a work desk with printer, a futon couch, a closet with shelves, and a wall-mounted TV. Food and other items can be stocked ahead of time upon request. ** Please read "Guest Access" before booking! This space is secluded on 5 acres of land. You cannot see any neighbor's houses, making the area very peaceful. Please note: There is running water for washing dishes and such. There is a composting toilet (look it up). There is a shower inside the main house, that you may access with advanced notice (dog needs to be put up). The shower is the only access you have or need to the main house. If booking the entire place, the guest has access to anything in the unit, as well as any area of the yard and trails of the wooded areas. If booking as a shared space, the guest has access to the living area side, which includes everything but the bedroom area. This option is more for someone who simply needs a cheap, warm place to spend the night. The smart tv has Netflix, Hulu without ads, cable, and many other streaming apps. There is a microwave and small cooktop for making small meals. There is a also a large refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer on site. Someone is always nearby and available to assist with transportation to nearby places, or to the city of Atlanta for events. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
