Great Falls Private Guest Suite

Turners Falls is one of 5 villages in the town of Montague. It's a vibrant, diverse area that runs along the Connecticut river. Our lovingly designed guest suite is situated 17 miles from the UMass Amherst Campus, 8.2 miles from Northfield Mount Herman, 2 miles from downtown Turners Falls and 2.6 miles from downtown Greenfield. If you are looking for a private and bright suite with beautiful natural light and a modern bohemian feel this guest retreat is for you. I look forward to hosting you! This first floor suite has a private entrance and lock. It connects to the main house, but is separate and closed off for complete privacy. It also connects to a beautiful sunroom. Both heat and air-conditioning (in summer) can be controlled by the guest for their comfort. This beautiful space offers a large credenza and complete walk in closet for bountiful storage and extra bedding. There is a comfortable Thread and Needle mattress and queen sized bed with quality linens as well as a pullout futon that can be used as a couch and easily converted into a twin bed. There is also a fun indoor swing! The room includes a coffee maker and coffee, a mini fridge. The bathroom offers a full bathtub and shower with a large pedestal sink. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner and a first aid kit for guests' convenience. I also have included a basket of toys, games and books suitable for children. If there is anything else you need please let me know! A small side yard. A treadmill and swing on the sun porch! I may not always be there to greet you upon arrival but Im never more than text or phone call away. The historically industrial village values public art and theatre and boasts the newly renovated Shea Theatre cultural center. There is a gorgeous bike path that runs along the canal and a wonderful riverside playground, waterpark and skatepark. There is great food options in both Greenfield and Turners. Check out our menus. There is a bus line, but it is inconsistent. Their are many local taxis that can help you get around without a car. Greenfield now has a train station that connects to Northampton, MA. Pets are negotiable but no cats at this time. Sorry.
