While you're here, take some time to walk along the historic Wallace Avenue. Entire 2nd floor apartment is yours to enjoy. The basement is shared for both apartments to do laundry. You have access to the front porch, but the backyard is private. Don't hesitate to contact us any time of the day or night. We're here to make your stay as sweet as possible. Shop around. We promise that our home will give you the most bang for your buck! Enjoy the short trip to the city while coming home to a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We are located just minutes away from major highways and popular destination spots, such as the Bengal's, FC Cincinnati, and Reds stadiums and the wildly popular Over-the-Rhine! Finally, don't leave without checking out Lil's Bagels... the best hidden gem in Northern Kentucky! Other close destinations include the Arc Encounter, Creation Museum, Hotel Covington, The Madison, Braxton Brewery, Riverbend, Heritage Bank Center (fka US Bank Arena), Newport on the Levee, and the Licking River Trails. Lyft and Uber are readily available in this area. Red Bikes and scooters are also an option for you to conveniently get around town. Or, the bus line is just two minutes away! No pets allowed! There will be a fee of $75 if a pet is brought to the AirBnB in addition to any cost for damage that might occur from the animal to the property. We live on the property so we will know. Also, please keep in mind that there are a fair amount of stairs to climb (approximately 2 flights) to get to the apartment. If stairs are an issue for you this may not be the best suited stay for you.
