Private and Spacious Room with Beautiful Sunlight

Male only (due to shared bathroom). A large private bedroom that features a dedicated workspace, 32 inch TV with Amazon Firestick, large closet, compact (and quite!) private fridge, a recliner chair. The room also has a curved bay with 4 large windows to enjoy the morning sunlight. The bathroom is shared and is conveniently located close to this bedroom. The room is located on the second floor of the house. This Stately Queen Anne Victorian house has an original wood inlay and beautiful chestnut doors, window trims, and staircase. You're surely going to have a remarkable experience. The house is on a quiet street. You could walk to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, laundromats. It's also accessible to major NJ highways, away from the bustle of NYC, but close enough to commute as well! The neighborhood is safe and I have very friendly neighbors. There are plenty of public street parking spaces available (no permit needed). I have a beverage corner where you can enjoy an unlimited amount of hot instant coffee, tea, or just a glass of cold water from my water dispenser. The house is heated through an efficient steam-heat system in the winter and I offer a window A/C unit during the summertime. My place has South-Western light that keeps it warmer in the winter and a great leafy Oak tree and conifer keep it 10 degrees cooler in the summer! I have two security cameras, one outdoors on the front porch and the other is indoors visible in the shared hallway. The cameras record video and audio and only ever capture shared spaces. I am a software engineer. I am available on the weekends. During the week I work from 9 AM to 5 PM. During my work hours, I am available to reply to text messages and phone calls after 5 PM. The neighborhood has a unique and quiet environment. If you are looking for a work/study space, I recommend Ant Bookstore and Cafe or Clifton Memorial Library. Cafe Bubamara (a hidden gem!) or Istanbul Cafe and Restaurant are some of the nearby food options. For a quick bite on the go, there’s the Clifton famous Hot Grill dinner. Memorial Park and Nash Park are nearby outdoor activities spots. For groceries, Aldi Food Market, CVS, and Walgreens are right around the corner. Lastly, if you want to exercise we have LA Fitness gym 10 mins away. The 190 bus line to NYC is walking distance from the house and accessible major highways as well. There are public street parking options. Dedicated spots for guests is not available. This reservation does not come with access to the kitchen or it's appliances, washer or dryer. The bathroom is shared. There is a laundromat, that's unaffiliated with this reservation, 1 min away from the house that you can utilize. Kindly review the house rules to insure a comfortable stay.
