Queen Anne home near City Park

Parkview, built in 1898, is a comfortable home located near City Park and downtown Hagerstown. Perfect location for Civil War buffs as several battlefields are within an hour's drive. Convenient for a day trip to Baltimore, DC, or Gettysburg. Centralized location for bicyclists. If you do not love dogs or cats, this may not be the right location for you. I no longer accept guests with dogs. Very quiet home. You will have a private bedroom and bath. Common areas like the kitchen and parlors are accessible to guests. The wrap-around porch is a great place to relax, weather permitting. Please note: masks must be worn in common areas in the house, and steps are taken to ensure clean, sanitized areas. My guest interaction is up to the guests. I am available and love to chat, but do not intrude on guests’ privacy. City Park is across the street. Street parking is available. Coffee, tea, and bottled water always available. Breakfast is not included.
